The real estate market is stable without anything extra ordinary to report.  Residential sales units are up 2.9% year over year to day.  The inventory pool for residential cabins and homes is down 12% which means firm prices continue, multiple offers are common for competing buyers, and list price to sales price ration is at or above 98%.
